Code of Conduct and Business Ethics Policy

This declaration is part of the Code of Conduct and Business Ethics of Mon Consulting employees , to convey to our employees the expectations of Mon Consulting in an open, understandable and tactful manner. The Code of Conduct is the most important part of the Mon Consulting Employee Handbook.

Mon Consulting promotes open communication, so we expect all employees to adhere to our code of conduct and create a well-organized, respectful and cooperative work environment. Employees should avoid using offensive words or actions, engaging in serious arguments and/or disrupting the workplace.

Compliance with the law

Mon Consulting employees must protect the legality and authority of our company. All employees must comply with all legal obligations regarding the environment, occupational safety and fair work. Mon Consulting management expects our employees to be ethical, professional and responsible when dealing with our company's business, services and corporate image.

Respect in the workplace

All employees of Mon Consulting must respect their colleagues. Mon Consulting management does not tolerate any discriminatory behavior, harassment or bullying. Employees must comply with our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy in all aspects of their work, from hiring to performance evaluation and interpersonal relationships.

Protection of company property

All employees of Mon Consulting must treat the property of our company, both tangible (tangible) and intangible, with respect and care.

Employees should not use company equipment incorrectly or improperly, nor should they use it carelessly.

Employees must protect and handle with care all types of intangible company property, such as trademarks, customer information and other property, such as company information, reports, etc. Employees must use them only as part of their tasks and/or to perform their job duties.

The management of Mon Consulting does not encourage employees, and most importantly its auditors, to demand or accept gifts from clients in any form. The management of Mon Consulting prohibits giving bribes in favor of any external or internal persons.

Responsibilities and powers

All employees of Mon Consulting must treat their customers, stakeholders and the community with integrity and respect. Managers must not abuse their authority. As managers, Mon Consulting management expects them to delegate responsibilities to their team members as needed. Similarly, Mon Consulting management expects team members to follow the instructions of the team leader and to complete their duties in a timely manner.

Mon Consulting management encourages knowledge sharing and mentoring throughout the company.

Absenteeism and tardiness

All employees of Mon Consulting must always be punctual and strictly adhere to the work schedule. Auditors must also adhere to their schedules. However, in cases where employees cannot adhere to the standard working hours and days of the enterprise, the management of Mon Consulting may make exceptions for good reasons and may therefore apply flexible working hours. Conflict of interest

The management of Mon Consulting expects its employees to avoid any personal, financial or other interests that may interfere with their ability to perform their duties. (For additional information, see the Employee Handbook).

Benefits, incentives and other perks

The management of Mon Consulting may provide an employee with benefits, incentives and other benefits, recognizing merit, skills and work results. Disciplinary sanctions

Mon Consulting will discipline employees who repeatedly and/or intentionally violate the Mon Consulting Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Disciplinary sanctions may be punitive or corrective, depending on the circumstances and vary depending on the nature of the violation. (For additional information, see the Employee Handbook).

Possible penalty consequences may include, but are not limited to, the following;

  • Demotion
  • Reprimand
  • Pendant
  • Dismissal (for more serious offenses)
  • Withholding benefits for a specific or indefinite period of time

On the other hand, possible corrective actions may include:

  • Teaching
  • Preventive steps such as moving
  • Consultancy

At the same time, Mon Consulting management can also sue in cases of serious bribery or corruption, theft, embezzlement, or other illegal behavior.

This policy applies to all employees of Mon Consulting, regardless of status and position, and is subject to periodic monitoring and review for its effectiveness and applicability.
